Lose your baby weight package – £380This is a safe and effective way to lose your baby weight and re-tone your body. It is an 8 week package and comprised of;•16 x 1 hour, personal training sessions (2 per week)•Initial consultation•Fortnightly body stats where your fat %, heart rate, BMI, weight etc will be taken•Weekly food diary with feedback and aims•Exercise diary•Your own personal homepage on our website•Detailed exercise information and examples, food information and advice and much more
