Jacqueline Holloway
REPS Level 3; this includes Ante and Post Natal fitness and advanced training.
Degree in dance and trained in ballet to the Royal Academy of Dance Intermediate standard.
I have been a keen dancer and swimmer since my childhood. I trained in ballet over numerous years and taught younger children for 5 years until 2007. I competed in swimming for several years to a County level.
Initially I didn’t enjoy long distance running but completed the Great North Run in 1997 and became hooked. I then made it my challenge to complete a full marathon. I did this in Chicago in 2003. In total I have completed 16 half marathons but still just the one full.
In 2008 I completed both the Inca Trail trek and walked up Kilimanjaro. I did these in company with Matt.
My biggest recent challenge was having a baby girl in Feb 2011. This gave me a realisation that there isn’t a lot of help for people who are pregnant and want to stay fit or those who have recently given birth and want to safely get back their fitness or lose weight.
I qualified professionally in fitness in 2009 and have helped numerous people with weight loss and fitness working as a Personal Trainer.

REPS level 3; this includes Circuit Training, Nutrition and Advanced Fitness. Boxercise Instructor.
I, like a lot of people enjoyed playing football in my childhood and kept this up over the years playing for various local teams. In 1996 I joined the Armed Forces and completed the very physically challenging basic training.
In 2000 I started Kick Boxing and have continued my interest in it since. This was one of the reasons I became a Boxercise Instructor.
In 2002 I left the military but retained a keen interest in fitness. In 2006 I completed my first half marathon in Stoke-on-Trent. This has one of the largest hills I have ever run up after 11.5 miles. Since then I have completed a further six half marathons.
In 2007 I qualified professionally in fitness. I have helped numerous people in weight loss; a lot of these had previously spent a lot of money on various diets and diet products with little long term success. This is something Jacqui and I are keen to change. I have also helped people with their fitness goals and I teach a regular Boxercise class.
