Masters (age 35+) Strength & Conditioning As we get older our bodies change and we need to adjust our training, often to give more recovery time. This doesn’t mean you can’t still compete in sport and enjoy your fitness, it just means you need to plan your training accordingly. One of the great things about getting older is most sports have some form of masters category which means you can compete against your age group. You can even go to National, European and World events. We will focus on your strength, power, speed, mobility, agility and endurance. Our strength and conditioning training is adapted to you and your ability. Whether it’s for a sport you compete in or an event you’re looking to complete then we will help. Matt is a level 4 strength and conditioning coach, performance level athletics coach, triathlon coach and personal trainer. He has considerable experience with the masters age group and has trained people to achieve PB’s in numerous sports recreationally and at National and World level.
